Snapchat Filter WIP

I really like the sparkle emoji, so I want to create a snapchat filter using that emoji. I want there to be five sparkles over my head, a sparkle in both of my eyes, and I want sparkles to fly out of my mouth whenever I open it. I guess the only asset I would need to create is the sparkles.
