Reality Is Overrated Response

After reading this article, I don't believe that it's that simple to decide whether reality is represented or constructed by media. I think that it's a little of both. I feel like the base of any media is based on reality so that we as consumers can relate to it or navigate it effectively. However, if something in media becomes popular or trends enough, it can affect our real-life day to day. I also appreciated the reference to The Matrix.
